Why does the flavor of a single beer take dozens, even hundreds of trials to get just right? Why do so many choose to spend countless sleepless nights beside the mash tun and the fermentation tank? And just how much sweat does it take to hold up the weight of a champion's trophy?

To keep answering these questions, on this night as the Talos Masters Cup China Beer Competition steps into its fifteenth year — we turn every camera, every spotlight, and every gaze toward tonight's stage. It falls on those who scribble again and again in their recipe notebooks, who furrow their brows at the tasting bench, who hold their breath before the results are read aloud — and pours their passion, their stubbornness, their unfulfilled longing, and their hard-won peace, glass by glass, into tonight's cups.

In 2026, the 15th Talos Masters Cup China National Final Awards Ceremony officially begins. Still passionate, still full of fire — let us raise our glasses together, and witness the moment this devotion is crowned.
